Is it sturdy? Will it break easily?

It's pretty sturdy. Kikidex adopted 4 detachable legs with twist-in design, which is very firm without risk of loosening. The 4 legs can be aligned with any spiral groove and your kids can install the drawing table by themselves easily.

Is the back of the board flat?

es, I love the design. My son likes to draw on his lap.It will not hurt his skin.

Is the eraser easy to use? Will it bounce back? Can I clean it once?

It easy to use but after oen week of use

Does it actually draw in color as shown pictures?

There's 4 colors(red, yellow, blue, green) but it's dependant on where you draw. One corner for each color. My 18 month old loves it.

Would it be ok for a left handed kid?

Yes, the lanyard of Kikidex drawing board is long enough for your left-handed kids to use.

Is it difficult for a 1 year old to use?

I think it will be goof for the child’s fine motor skills, specially the shapes that comes with it because they have a knob so it will help the child to learn to grab small objects and they will tap on the screen with it. eventually the child will grab the pencil and begin scribbling as you model it.
